Founded in 2014. Black Cat Baking CO. is a wholesale bakery owned and operated by me, Jon, out of a licensed kitchen that my step-father and I built in the basement of my house.
I’ve worked professionally with food for 20+ years and graduated from The French Pastry School in Chicago. After that, I worked at a few well respected bakeries/pastry shops in Boston before moving back to Rochester in 2014.
